The ladies: Mikaela Patterson - Mikaela is an attorney who is assigned to work on the Woods estate. She has red hair and blue eyes. Heroine in Book 1. Krista Owens - Krista is a new attorney and recently hired at Mikaela’s firm. She is assigned to work on the Woods estate to help with Mikaela’s workload. Heroine in Book 2. Ariel Owens - Ariel is Krista’s sister. She is a scientist who appears at the end of Book 2. Heroine in Book 3. Lillian Caldwell - The next door neighbor and daughter of man the Woods purchased land from in Book 1. The hotties: Joshua Woods - Josh is the oldest of the Woods boys. Like all the Woods siblings, he has brown hair and green eyes. Hero in Book 1. Jackson Woods - Jack is second to the oldest but acts like he’s in charge. He’s a “by the book” kind of man. Robert Woods - Rob is next after Jack. He’s the jokester of the brothers. Toby Woods - Toby is youngest living brother. Unlike his brothers, he doesn’t want to find a mate. After their brother, Eric, was killed taking an unwilling mate, Toby ovoids doing so at all costs. Hero in Book 2. Eric Woods - Eric is deceased. He was the youngest of the brothers and died before the series started. Even though he’s dead, he’ll get his own short story.
